Talking to Jesus

Do you ever pray? And what does that mean anyway? When most people think of prayer, they think of a style of religious talk at God that sounds very different from how we speak to each other.

But Jesus is a person. And we can relate to him. He wants us to relate to him. So we should think of prayer as simply talking to Jesus.

So rather than ask you whether you ever pray, how about this: Do you ever talk to Jesus? Would you like to? Are you willing to give it a shot?

I ask you this because I guarantee you that if you talk to Jesus, he will listen! He wants you to talk to him. He may even start doing some things in your life that look like responses to the things you say.
